Having spent (30) years woodworking as a hobbyist when time allowed, now that I am retired, my time can be spent crafting products that will embellish my creative side. My goal is to create beautiful, handcrafted products that not only have a sense of style and a true feel of quality, but gifts that when they are received, are truly treasured.
And so, Gracewood Crafted Treasures was born…If you receive one of my products, my greatest pleasure would be if you appreciate not only the beauty of a handcrafted gift but one which will provide you with years of elegant function.

My wife had always wanted a Weimaraner, and would often leave photos of them hidden around the house to help me to understand that getting a Weim would be the right thing to do…subliminal persuasion at its best… Well her plan worked…when she was diagnosed with a terminal illness, I knew that her final years would be so enriched by the elusive Weimaranar she yearned for.
So…along came Grace…aka Princess Grace…a regal princess indeed…and Grace did her job better than I could have ever expected, 100% unconditional love, and always at the right time for my wife. So when it came time to name my business, it was only fitting to honor Grace for all she did for us. So now…I do all the work, and she gets her name on the business…that dog always was smart…
